Role: Senior Finance Systems Architect
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leadership, IT Leaders, and Enterprise Architecture to manage the Finance architecture in alignment with the vision, strategy, and execution to meet business requirements.
- Develop an integrated view of Finance capabilities and processes, utilizing a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and industry best practices.
- Provide consulting and technology recommendations for fintech transformation initiatives, maturity enhancement, or enabling new capabilities.
- Accountable for Finance domain architecture decisions supporting fintech investments.
- Manage the Finance domain technology roadmap aligning with the OneSHW business strategy.
- Facilitate the definition and publication of standards, best practices, capabilities, Finance roadmap synchronized with the overall enterprise architecture.
- Create conceptual and logical models following enterprise guidance to inform the physical design of Finance-related projects.
- Provide guidance on streamlining business processes and enabling technologies for Finance to support a vertically integrated business model.
- Partner with Finance and DT innovation teams to identify opportunities for new innovations, including Automation, Fintech, and emerging technologies, supporting the overall digital business strategy.
Qualifications:
Position Requirements:

Formal Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology (or equivalent experience). Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 12+ years of IT experience.
- 6+ years of Financial IT Systems Architecture experience in a complex Finance ecosystem.
- 6+ years’ experience on Finance, Treasury, and Finance Reporting solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Current hands-on experience with industry-leading financial tools.
- Experience assessing complex problems and providing simple solutions.
- Understanding of modern technologies, platforms, and development practices for digital transformation.
- Understanding of core finance business processes, management, and external reporting requirements.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies.
- Experience with modern integration patterns, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of facilitation and organizational change management.
- In-depth experience with driving technology transformation initiatives.
