What You’ll Be Doing

Hunt and Close New Business: Drive outbound efforts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital prospecting.

Own the Full Sales Cycle: From first touch to signed contract, you’re the driver.

Sell Smart: Present complex IT solutions (MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, networking) in a way that makes sense to clients.

Build Relationships, Not Just Pipelines: Focus on trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships.

Collaborate Like a Pro: Team up with engineers and onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless client experience.

Stay Sharp: Stay up to date on industry trends and keep refining your pitch with expert support.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience crushing it in B2B sales, especially with SMBs (20–300 users)
- Prior success in the MSP or IT services space
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
- Tech-savvy with excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
- Collaborative mindset — team wins > solo heroics
