What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hunt and Close New Business: Drive outbound efforts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital prospecting.
  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: From first touch to signed contract, you’re the driver.
  • Sell Smart: Present complex IT solutions (MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, networking) in a way that makes sense to clients.
  • Build Relationships, Not Just Pipelines: Focus on trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate Like a Pro: Team up with engineers and onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay Sharp: Stay up to date on industry trends and keep refining your pitch with expert support.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience crushing it in B2B sales, especially with SMBs (20–300 users)
  • Prior success in the MSP or IT services space
  • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
  • Tech-savvy with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
  • Collaborative mindset — team wins > solo heroics

  • Teams Interview with Sales + Leadership
  • On-site Final Interview with CEO, VP of Sales, and Senior Engineer
