Day-to-Day for the Technical Recruiter

• Source, target, and recruit highly qualified talent using techniques and tools including referrals, networking, cold calling, and data-sourcing tools
• Conduct & complete detailed discovery calls with potential candidates
• Present opportunities and requirements to candidates
• Align candidates with opportunities for which they are qualified and the best fit for the opening
• Strategize with leadership & fellow recruiters to assist and launch all new client opportunities
• Effective planning, organization & prioritization between our Account Managers & our clients

Qualifications for the Technical Recruiter:

• No phone reluctance – confident in your ability to drive conversation & nurture relationships over the phone
• Self-motivated, self-starter, coachable
• Tech-savvy and social media proficiency
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to work out of our office in Broadview Heights, Ohio
• Previous experience in outside sales and cold-calling is an added plus
