About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically curious Field Specialist to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our proprietary metering and monitoring systems at client sites across the region. You’ll spend long days on the road, riding solo with your podcasts, playlists, or audiobooks, and showing up ready to solve problems, make clients happy, and represent our brand with pride.

What You’ll Do:

• Install metering and monitoring systems at customer locations
• Troubleshoot and repair Chemical Methods equipment in the field
• Maintain a regular service route and respond to urgent repair needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients—you're the face of our tech
• Bring ideas and feedback from the field to help us innovate and improve
• Keep detailed notes and reports for internal and client-facing documentation

Who We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable driving 6 hours a day—sometimes with overnight travel
• A tinkerer: you like taking things apart and putting them back together
• Technical aptitude; hands-on with basic tools, wiring, plumbing
• No degree required, just curiosity, reliability, and resourcefulness
• Great with people—bonus points for customer service or sales experience
• Excited by the idea of helping build something bigger than yourself
• A self-starter who can stay focused on long solo drives

Preferred but not Required:

• Basic electrical or plumbing knowledge
• Familiarity with flow meters, conductivity, pH sensors, or automation
• Experience in industrial environments
• An eye for new technology or product improvement ideas
