Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay: $18/hr.

Shift: 3rd Shift

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support our 3rd shift manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for running production equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment following all safety and quality standards.
• Monitor the production line and perform visual and dimensional inspections.
• Make basic machine adjustments and report mechanical or quality issues promptly.
• Stage, load, and handle raw materials needed for production.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality procedures.
• Complete daily production logs, documentation, and reports accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work 3rd shift consistently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team.
