Recruiting Associate for Accounting CPAs and Physicians

Position Summary for the Recruiting Associate:
The Recruiting Associate Specialist will focus on initiating contact with passive candidates, gauging their interest in exploring new job opportunities, and scheduling calls with our recruitment team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle high volumes of outreach efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Proactively call passive candidates in the accounting and healthcare fields to introduce them to potential career opportunities.
• Interest Assessment: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand candidates' career aspirations and determine their willingness to explore new opportunities.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate schedules and set up appointments for candidates to speak with our specialized recruiters.
• Follow-Up: Send confirmation emails, reminders, and follow-up communications to ensure scheduled meetings take place.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the company’s CRM system, updating lead statuses and providing detailed notes for recruiters.
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and marketing teams to optimize messaging and refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, recruitment, Lead Generation or a similar role involving high-volume outreach.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence.
• Persistence: A proven ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting or healthcare industries is preferred but not required.
