Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Level 3)
Location: Boston, MA
Type: Hybrid (2 days work from home)
Salary: $150,000 + 6.5% bonus
Job Summary:
A Senior Full Stack Engineer is a proficient full-stack developer working in an Agile environment, contributing hands-on to deliver technology solutions that transform healthcare into a safer and more cost-effective industry.
Full Stack Responsibilities:
- User experience
- Infrastructure; service, network, hosting
- Data modeling
- Business logic
- Understanding customer and business needs
- Webservices; API contract definition
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creator with a desire to develop products impacting lives positively.
- Self-starter who enjoys solving problems through technology.
- Hands-on experience across the entire technology stack.
- Involved in all stages of product design and development, from MVP to architecting and building scalable production systems.
- Passion and proven track record for creating robust, scalable applications.
- Collaborates with high-performing teams, improving delivery capabilities.
- Passionate about delivering quality with experience in practices like TDD and ATDD.
- Motivated by solving challenging technical problems.
- Able to co-locate with the development team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-6 years of work experience.
- Bachelor's or equivalent work experience; degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
- Working knowledge of primary technologies: Node.js, Angular, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, React Native/iOS development, WebRTC, Redis, Docker.
- Strong Agile Engineering Practice coaching ability.
- Proficiency in API Design.
- Experience with Cloud Technologies (CI/CD, AWS, and Azure).
- Strong working knowledge of Scheduling and Workflow Tools.
- Knowledge of Health Care Datasets.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and principles.
