Job Title: Senior Network Engineer  

Location: Downtown  

Salary: $80,000 - $105,000

Network Engineer:  

Information Technology plays a pivotal role in our ability to deliver top-tier network services. Join our cutting-edge infrastructure team, supporting the foundational systems that drive our business today.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot all physical/virtual networking infrastructure and related operating systems.
• Assist in the configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of physical/virtual server environments, including VMWare, Linux, and Windows Based Systems.
• Configure, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot routing and switching equipment.
• Assist in planning, engineering, and monitoring security configurations for network system protection.
• Support and maintain the network monitoring system, including alerts and updates.
• Maintain firewalls, virtual private networks, and web protocols.
• Implement, test, and manage vulnerability remediation activities to support security objectives and Enterprise Systems.
• Perform threat hunting activities of system logs, events, and alerts.
• Comply with security policies to ensure the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Maintain endpoint protection.
• Perform disaster recovery/business continuity planning, preparation, and execution.
• Evaluate and recommend vendor products related to network and security solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for network, security, and server-related systems and hardware/software.
• Manage project management activities for technical services projects and support all phases of project development life cycle.
• Provide after-hours support for daily business needs.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in computer science or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with Cisco Nexus, F5 load balancers, next-generation firewall, and EDR.
