Role: Shared Data Platforms Solution Architect

Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Lead analysis, evaluation, and design of solutions and products supporting business and technology transformation.
- Establish and enforce best practices, architectural patterns, and design principles for solution maintainability, scalability, and performance.
- Expertise in domain information modeling, data landscape optimization/design, and architecting data pipelines.
- Participate in enterprise architecture governance, compliance, and security activities to ensure alignment with with the Technology Strategy.
- Provide strategic, technical, and operational expertise and leadership for business and technology transformation activities.
- Contribute to technology strategy and planning, including researching emerging technologies.
- Communicate Solution Architectures to various stakeholders through deliverables, presentations, and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of domain-driven solutions.
- Coach, mentor, and support system development teams in implementing reference architectures and standards.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and business-focused teams, facilitating understanding and agreement on shared goals.
Acquisition & Deployment:
- Possess strong functional knowledge of Customer/Vendor Information Management and cloud-based Customer Data Hub or Supplier Data Hub.
- Experience in Cloud Application Development and designing interfaces for Cloud Integration.
- Provide technical oversight for multiple project initiatives.
- Lead technology life-cycle projects, including evaluation, selection, implementation, support, and retirement/replacement.
- Evaluate alternative architectures and make recommendations.
- Develop prototypes of system designs to prove viability when necessary.
Operational Management:
- Assist in creating enterprise-wide technology standards.
- Stay current on Oracle features and emerging design patterns, software development, or infrastructure concepts.
- Document architectural designs, standards, and reference architectures.
- Validate architecture's compliance with requirements and verify system compliance.
- Develop, document, communicate, and enforce system standards and solutions review processes.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance.
- Contribute to project efficiency, effectiveness, and success.
Incidental Functions:
- Conduct research into new technologies.
- Make presentations to management, clients, and peer groups.
- Participate in project and communication meetings.
- Participate in hiring activities and ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity policy.
Note: This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa. The position is eligible to work in the office three days a week and has the option to work remotely two days a week.
