Position Overview:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the creation of custom solutions across Microsoft Power Platform, enhancing business processes and user experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications that automate workflows and streamline operations.
• Provide expertise during the lifecycle of the application, from concept through deployment, ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of learning and excellence within the team.
• Stay at the forefront of technology by evaluating emerging trends and integrating them to benefit the company.
• Lead code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and system performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft’s technology stack, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CE.
• A track record of developing robust solutions within the Power Platform.
• Proficiency with Javascript, JSON, and advanced security implementations.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead projects and communicate effectively across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction or property management is a plus.
• Familiarity with advanced technologies like API Management, Microsoft Fabric, and xRM Toolbox.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform are highly desirable.
