About The Role

We’re looking for a HubSpot Administrator to join our team! The Hubspot Administrator is responsible for optimizing Hubspot to support our internal teams day-to-day use. They are the go-to expert for all things HubSpot: managing the platform administration, improving system efficiency, and aligning HubSpot with broader business goals and initiatives. This role supports multiple teams, primarily Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, and Data Analytics, etc

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Own the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our HubSpot platform.
  • Design, implement and refine pipelines and automations to streamline business processes.
  • Design, implement and refine custom objects to support business use cases.
  • Build and manage sequences, forms, and lists that align with Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience initiatives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making across departments.
  • Integrate HubSpot with other internal systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal users and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure clean data and system performance.
  • Stay updated with HubSpot’s latest features and best practices to continuously improve our setup.

Requirements:

What We Look For

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot’s CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Proven experience building and managing custom objects, workflows, sequences, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline architecture and sales/marketing automation.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools and APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for system optimization.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across remote teams.
  • High attention to detail.
