About the Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Opportunity
We’re working with a rapidly scaling healthcare organization focused on value-based care, and we're looking for a transformational Chief Information Officer to lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and innovation. This is a high-impact, C-suite role reporting directly to the CEO. Ideal for someone who’s modernized systems, built strong teams, and led complex tech environments—and is now ready for something bigger.
Who the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Role is For
This opportunity is for a CIO who’s already led an IT department of 200+ employees, ideally in a multi-site and multi-state healthcare organization. If you’ve felt boxed in—by tight budgets, outdated infrastructure, or a lack of strategic alignment—this role offers the autonomy and resources to make real change.
What You’ll Do as the Chief Information Officer (CIO)
• Drive the strategic vision for IT, aligning it tightly with clinical, operational, and growth goals.
• Oversee enterprise systems, data integration, security, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead and scale a high-performing IT organization of 200+ across infrastructure, analytics, applications, and support.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team, bringing a business-first lens to tech.
• Champion innovation while ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years in healthcare IT leadership, with recent experience as a CIO or SVP/VP-level leader.
• Proven track record leading large-scale IT departments (200+ FTEs) in a complex, regulated environment.
• Demonstrated success driving enterprise-wide transformation and improving care through technology.
• Sharp business acumen and the ability to influence at the board level.
