Job Description:

The Techno/Functional Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our SAP SD module. This position requires a blend of technical and functional expertise to ensure seamless integration and operation of our SAP system. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD, demonstrating both technical proficiency and a deep understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP SD module.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop custom solutions and enhancements within the SAP SD framework.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide end-user training and support to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in the SAP SD module.
• Strong technical skills in SAP SD configuration and customization.
• Solid understanding of business processes related to sales and distribution.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• SAP certification in SD module is a plus.
