Title: Office Administrative Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the organization or department.
  • Assist management in tracking and compiling relevant information for various projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate administrative data effectively.
  • Manage incoming correspondence and provide timely responses as necessary.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate records in our lab facilities.
  • Collaborate with the team to facilitate a smooth transition during the office relocation process.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a professional office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.


Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience with inventory management systems.
  • Familiarity with office relocation processes and procedures.
