Base Salary: 80K-100K plus 10% bonus (might be willing to go up to 110K base)

Location: 100% Remote. Client is located in Cuyahoga Falls / Akron Ohio area.

Marketing Deptment: 3 people this person will manage.

What's the percent of Paid Advertising vs Organic do you anticipate? We want to increase the paid advertising spend. We want the new hire to determine this.


What is the budget / spend on Marketing (this hire will have access to)? I would think about $100,000.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Expert to join our growing team and help us aggressively market MFG Genius™ and other products in our suite. You will leverage your expertise in SEO, CRO, email campaigns, and paid advertising to drive lead generation and revenue growth exponentially. This role requires a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns across multiple digital channels. Familiarity with Microsoft products, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation and revenue through expert execution of SEO, CRO, email campaigns, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Ensure all campaigns produce immediate results and continuously optimize for better outcomes.
  • Take ownership of campaign execution, delivering results from Day 1.

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record of developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that generate revenue in SEO, CRO, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Ability to demonstrate personal expertise in implementing successful strategies—not just working with a team to execute them.

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Compensation: Competitive (based on experience)

Probation Period: 90 days
