Entry-Level Recruiter / Account Executive

Location: Broadview Heights, OH (in-office)

Compensation: Competitive base + uncapped commissions + performance bonuses

What you’ll do as a Technical Recruiter / Account Executive

• Build and manage a candidate pipeline of professionals
• Develop long-term relationships through a consultative, Sandler-style approach.
• Run the full recruiting cycle — sourcing, interviewing, advising, closing, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on search strategy and placement success.

What we’re looking for

• 0–5+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or account management.
• (Entry-level college grads and experienced sales professionals looking to pivot into recruiting are both welcome.)
• A natural communicator who builds trust quickly and enjoys helping others succeed.
• Goal-oriented and competitive, yet collaborative and ethical.
• Confident making calls, asking tough questions, and closing with clarity.
• Curious about business, technology, and how people drive success.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
