Job description:

Are you a people person who thrives on helping others and making a difference? As a Client Support Specialist with our firm, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring seniors and their families feel secure, supported, and cared for. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a sharp eye for detail who can balance client interaction with behind-the-scenes support for our attorneys.


This is a role for someone who enjoys working with others but can also take initiative and work independently to keep projects moving forward.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Client Communication: Speak with clients by phone and in person to understand their needs, answer their questions, schedule appointments, and serve as a reliable point of contact.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and edit legal documents under the attorney’s guidance, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Trust and Asset Support: Assist clients with re-titling assets into their trusts and help facilitate the completion of related paperwork.
  • Medicaid Applications: Prepare Medicaid applications and provide continued support to clients throughout the approval process.
  • Attorney Support: Manage the attorney’s calendar and email inbox to ensure deadlines are met, schedules are coordinated, and priorities are addressed.
  • Problem Solving: Handle client issues with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve client service processes, including leveraging automation and technology where possible.


Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should bring a combination of strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and professional integrity.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both written and administrative work.
  • Proven problem-solving ability, with initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general comfort with technology.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Commitment to improving the lives of others, particularly seniors and their families.


Compensation & Benefits

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package designed to support both your professional and personal well-being:

  • Salary Range: Starting rate at $47,500 annually (could be higher depending on experience)
  • Work Schedule: In-office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical coverage provided (dental and vision not included)
  • Retirement Plan: 401(k) with employer match up to 5%
  • Paid Time Off:
  • Two weeks of paid vacation per year
  • PTO available for illness, personal reasons, jury duty, and other qualifying events (up to an annual maximum)
