We’re growing—and we want a talented Estate Planning Practice Manager to lead, streamline, and grow our department.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Estate Planning Department: Oversee day-to-day operations, refine workflows, and ensure top-notch client service.
• Drive Growth: Partner with marketing, run in-office seminars, and generate qualified leads.
• Client Engagement: Conduct strategic intake meetings, educate clients, and manage the full client lifecycle.
• Team Collaboration: Work across attorneys, paralegals, and admin staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Process Excellence: Keep our systems efficient, accurate, and client-focused.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7+ years as an estate planning paralegal or legal professional, 2+ in management/supervision.
• Deep knowledge of estate planning, trusts, probate, and client lifecycle management.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, proactive, and empathetic.
