ABOUT THE ROLE


We’re a growing, client-focused law firm looking for a Solutions Advisor who thrives in consultative sales. This isn’t a typical sales role — you’ll be the first point of trust for people navigating real legal challenges. Your job is to guide with empathy, build confidence, and help clients take the right next step.


What You’ll Do:

  • Engage prospects via phone and digital channels
  • Conduct empathetic, consultative sales conversations
  • Convert qualified leads into retained clients at a high rate
  • Clearly explain legal service options
  • Maintain accurate notes and timely follow-up
  • Partner with legal and intake teams for seamless handoffs


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual — English & Spanish (required)
  • Proven 40%+ conversion rate on high-ticket offers
  • Background in consultative sales or intake roles
  • Warm, empathetic communication style
  • High emotional intelligence; builds trust quickly
  • Self-motivated; thrives in remote environments


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • LOCATION: Fully Remote (EST Hours)
  • SCHEDULE: Full Time
  • TIME OFF: Paid US Federal Holidays
  • EARNINGS: Base + Performance Bonus
