Marketing Assistant (Fully Remote – Latin America)

Tampa, Florida–Based Law Firm | U.S. Hours (9 AM–5 PM EST, Mon–Fri)

Compensation: Starting at $7/hour, with higher rates available based on experience, skill, and capability.

What You Will Do

This role will primarily focus on Social Media Management, Content Creation, and marketing support initiatives that help grow the firm’s brand and online presence.

You will:

• Manage and help grow the firm’s social media presence across platforms 
• Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging content 
• Assist with short-form video content, graphics, captions, and marketing materials 
• Help maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual presentation 
• Monitor engagement and assist with community interaction 
• Support email marketing and client communication campaigns 
• Conduct basic research on marketing trends, competitors, and content ideas 
• Assist with implementing AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency 
• Track performance metrics and help improve content performance over time 
• Assist with additional marketing-related and administrative tasks as needed 

What We Are Looking For

• Exceptional English and Spanish written communication skills (clear, professional, persuasive) 
• Experience with Social Media Management and Content Creation 
• Strong technical ability (Social Media platforms, Canva, Microsoft Office, AI tools, etc.) 
• Creativity combined with strong attention to detail 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times 
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively 
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
