Job Title: Estate Planning Paralegal (Future Client Services Director)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 (In-Office)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Starting Salary: $55,000 per year (could be higher depending on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Estate Planning Paralegal with the ambition and aptitude to grow into the role of Client Services Director. This role requires a proactive, independent professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes full ownership of their responsibilities.


In this role, you will support the estate planning team while learning and preparing to oversee the firm’s client services department. You will eventually manage new hire training, develop and implement processes and procedures, assist with hiring, and ensure exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with estate planning matters, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing documents.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new client services team members.
  • Develop, document, and improve client services processes and procedures.
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding of client services personnel.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage workflow within the client services department.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the firm.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and team members.
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong initiative.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of duties and responsibilities.
