We’re looking for a Family Law Associate who’s ready to step into a role that’s both professionally fulfilling and personally rewarding. If you’re skilled at guiding clients through some of life’s most difficult moments—divorce, custody disputes, CHINS/DCS cases, and protective orders—with empathy, strength, and legal precision, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a fast-paced caseload with confidence and clarity
• Hit the ground running with an established roster of clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, contracts, and settlement proposals
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
• Negotiate and advocate with purpose in high-stress situations
• Work alongside a team of sharp attorneys and skilled paralegals
• Keep client files organized and current
• Assist in dividing marital assets and determining the best course of action for clients

What You Bring to the Table:

• Active license in good standing to practice law in Indiana
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in family law matters, including divorce, child custody/support, paternity, CHINS/DCS, and prenups
• Strong negotiation, litigation, and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for helping people through life-changing situations
• A proven track record of courtroom success
