About the Firm

We are a client-focused estate planning firm known for delivering a highly personalized experience. Our team values proactive problem-solving, accountability, and ownership in every aspect of our work. We specialize exclusively in estate planning and are deeply committed to integrity, professionalism, and building long-term client relationships.

Position Overview

This is a high-growth opportunity for an Estate Planning Attorney who wants to build an exceptional legal career without the pressure, risk, or stress of firm ownership.

The right associate will gain hands-on access to the resources, systems, mentorship, and client flow of a growing firm, allowing you to focus on what you do best: serving clients at a high level and expanding your expertise. You will be supported in developing the skills and confidence to attract, retain, and grow client relationships, while steadily increasing your earning potential.

As the firm grows, so does this role. You will have the opportunity to deepen your estate planning practice, confidently serve clients with more complex estates, and expand into related practice areas (such as elder law or advanced planning strategies) if that aligns with your professional goals.

This position is ideal for a go-getter, someone who is motivated, ambitious, and eager to maximize their income and impact, but who has no desire to build or manage their own firm. We welcome experienced associates, as well as estate planning or elder law attorneys who previously went solo and discovered that firm ownership was not the right long-term fit.

If you are looking for stability, growth, and the freedom to focus on practicing law at a high level, this role offers a rare and exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
  • Conduct client meetings and manage estate planning matters from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant client files
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality, relationship-driven legal services
  • Stay current on applicable estate planning laws, regulations, and CLE requirements
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and support firm growth
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior attorneys or associates as opportunities arise

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active and good-standing Florida Bar license
  • 3–5 years of hands-on estate planning experience, including drafting and closing client matters
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Professional, proactive, and relationship-oriented approach to legal practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Core Values

  • Proactive: Anticipate needs and take initiative without waiting for direction
  • Integrity: Uphold honesty, confidentiality, and the highest ethical standards
  • Professionalism: Represent the firm and clients with excellence, respect, and poise
  • Relationship-First: Build trust-based, positive relationships with clients and colleagues

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage
  • Paid time off (PTO) accrued after 90 days
  • Professional development opportunities, including continuing education
  • Potential support for bar dues, parking, and other professional expenses

Application Requirements

  • Resume or CV
  • Writing samples
  • Professional references (subject to verification)

Why Join Us

This is more than just a job. It’s a chance to build a long-term, financially rewarding legal career within a firm that is actively growing.

You will join a supportive, collaborative team that provides:

  • A consistent flow of clients, allowing you to focus on practicing law rather than marketing or firm administration
  • Access to proven systems, tools, and mentorship designed to help you confidently gain and retain clients
  • Opportunities to work on increasingly sophisticated estate plans and expand into related practice areas, if desired
  • The ability to grow your income based on performance and initiative
  • A professional environment that values integrity, relationships, and excellence in client service

If you are ambitious, client-focused, and eager to grow your skills and earnings within a stable, expanding firm, this role offers the structure, support, and upside to help you thrive.

We understand the complexities of navigating new opportunities in the legal space. You can trust that all employment inquiries are kept strictly confidential.
