Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Trial Attorney with experience in personal injury litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cases from inception through trial, representing clients in court, and collaborating with staff and experts to achieve favorable outcomes. This role requires strong trial experience, excellent communication skills, and a client-centered approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal injury caseload from intake to settlement or trial.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in state and federal courts.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
  • Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
  • Work closely with clients to provide updates, guidance, and legal advice.
  • Coordinate with investigators, medical experts, and other professionals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
  • Mentor junior attorneys or paralegals when needed.


Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience; trial experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida personal injury law, civil procedure, and evidentiary rules.
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and client-focused mindset.
