Legal Admin & Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST

Compensation: $900 (could be higher depending on experience)

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and excited to support clients while helping grow a law firm’s online presence? Peak One Law is seeking a motivated Legal & Marketing Coordinator to join our remote team. This unique role combines legal administrative support with marketing and social media coordination, offering an opportunity to develop skills in both areas.

What You’ll Do:

Legal/Admin Responsibilities:

• Manage emails, correspondence, and client communications efficiently.
• Provide exceptional client service with professionalism and warmth.
• Assist with legal documentation, filings, and administrative tasks.
• Look for ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality deliverables.

Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Peak One Law’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging content that reflects the firm’s values and expertise.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics.
• Align social media content with firm initiatives and client needs.

Experience Required:

• 1–3 years of experience in legal administration, paralegal support, or office coordination.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating content for professional audiences.
• Familiarity with basic analytics and performance tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
