Law Firm • Jacksonville, Florida
Starting at $60,000 • Mon–Thu 9–5 | Fri 9–3
About Us
We are a boutique law firm on a mission to help small business owners protect what they’ve built. Our attorneys trained at top-tier schools and bring the same commitment to quality in every matter we handle — but we do it with warmth, not stuffiness. Our culture is relaxed in structure and serious about outcomes. We have a team full of genuinely happy people who love what they do, lead with a growth mindset, and embrace learning at every turn.
Our owner actively encourages every team member to design a life that is rewarding and enjoyable — work is an important part of that life, not the whole of it. We care about results and we care about you as a person.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Client Success Coordinator who is the connective tissue between our marketing, intake, and client experience — someone who can champion the client relationship from first touch to signed engagement and beyond. You’ll work closely with our founder/attorney and take meaningful ownership over how our firm grows, feels, and communicates. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable jumping on a sales call, managing a webinar, and keeping our systems humming.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Intake
• Manage the intake process end-to-end in Clio, including opening matter files and creating client profiles
• Handle overflow intro meetings and legal consult scheduling, following up to move prospects through the pipeline
• Track referral sources and maintain an organized, up-to-date referral source database
• Send client welcome gifts and manage the engagement and onboarding process
• Assist with sales tracking and reporting to keep leadership informed on conversion metrics
Marketing & Communications
• Own and manage monthly email campaigns — from drafting and scheduling to list management and performance tracking
• Manage webinars from setup to follow-up, including coordinating logistics and supporting live execution
• Assist with monthly newsletter and legal report creation
• Post free downloads, videos, and other content across digital channels
• Coordinate quarterly events (happy hours, lunches) and the annual Season of Orange campaign
• Support client testimonial and online review efforts
• Track and manage collateral materials; assist with developing new ones
• Support direct response marketing, award applications, and social media posting
Client Experience & Operations
• Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact for clients throughout their matter lifecycle
• Handle client email communications and support matter management in coordination with attorneys
• Track key metrics and assist with firmwide reporting and dashboards
• Answer phones and confirm upcoming meetings
• Support operations including scheduling, vendor coordination, and problem-solving day-to-day obstacles
Who You Are
• Warm and genuinely outgoing — you make people feel at ease from the first hello
• Organized and dependable — you follow through and don’t let things fall through the cracks
• Enrolling — you’re comfortable in a conversation where the goal is a “yes,” and you get there through genuine connection, not pressure
• A natural leader — you take initiative, move things forward, and don’t wait to be told what to do next
• Self-directed and adaptive — you thrive without handholding, adjust when things shift, and figure it out when there’s no playbook
• Approachable and understanding — you lead through trust and example, not authority
• A clear, confident communicator in person, in writing, and over email
• Growth-oriented — you love learning, you ask good questions, and you’re always looking for a better way
• Someone who takes their work seriously but doesn’t take themselves too seriously
• Proactive — you spot what needs to happen and you handle it
• Experienced with CRM tools (Clio or similar) and email marketing platforms; comfortable with technology
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, sales, marketing, or operations role — law firm or professional services background is a plus, but not required
• Familiar with basic project management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: Starting at $60,000 — could be higher depending on experience
• Performance bonus potential
• Direct Primary Care membership — real access to healthcare, no co-pays
• Disability insurance
• Paid time off including vacation, sick days, holidays, personal days, bereavement leave, and your birthday — details by classification and tenure in the employee handbook
• Openness to professional development, including sales and marketing training and conferences
• Hybrid; Monday–Thursday 9–5, Friday 9–3
