Role Overview:

The US Paralegal will assist attorneys with case management, client communication, legal research, and document preparation for personal injury cases. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with both attorneys and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents including demand letters, discovery requests, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
• Assist attorneys in preparing cases for negotiations, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and regulations.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Manage case files, ensuring all documentation and deadlines are accurate and up to date.
• Track case timelines and ensure timely filing of documents.
• Support billing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.



Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a paralegal in US personal injury law firm.
• Strong understanding of US personal injury procedures, deadlines, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in legal software, case management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and empathy in client interactions.
• US-based work hours flexibility is a plus (EST/ PST overlap).
