We are looking for a Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal to join our growing, people-first law firm. This role is ideal for someone who is client-centered, detail-driven, and ready to work in a supportive, collaborative environment where attorneys and paralegals work hand in hand—not in silos.

If you’re passionate about helping families navigate sensitive legal matters like probate and trust administration with care and clarity—and you want to be part of a team that respects your voice, supports your growth, and prioritizes balance over burnout—we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Recording billable time daily and assisting with monthly billing reviews
  • Coordinating the recording of real estate deeds
  • Supporting general office operations
  • Handling confidential client matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Supporting attorneys on special projects and case management needs

What We’re Looking For:

We’re not just hiring a résumé—we’re hiring a teammate. The ideal candidate is someone who is aligned with our values, genuinely cares about helping people, and is committed to excellence in every detail.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
  • Experience in probate, trust administration, or estate planning preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a client-focused mindset
  • Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Suite applications and services and other legal practice technology
  • Comfortable receiving direction and adapting to changing priorities

Top traits we value:

  • Self-motivated
  • Organized
  • Detail-oriented
  • Friendly
  • Proactive

What You’ll Receive:

We believe that people do their best work when they feel respected, supported, and valued. That’s why we offer:

  • Competitive salary: Starting rate of $50,000, could be higher depending on experience
  • Discretionary annual bonus (no commissions)
  • Health insurance and firm-sponsored benefits
  • Free parking
  • Access to on-site gym (waiver required)
  • Hybrid schedule: In-office for first month of training; then working remotely with 1–2 days in-office per week
  • A work environment that values professional development, work-life balance, and genuine team connection

Our Culture & Core Values:

We are not your typical law firm. At the heart of our work is a team of compassionate, growth-oriented professionals who are united by shared values:

  • Respect – We treat clients and teammates with dignity, kindness, and professionalism.
  • Honesty – We lead with integrity and value transparent communication.
  • Collaboration – We work as a team, support one another, and celebrate shared success.

Our collaborative and compassionate culture means that attorneys and paralegals truly partner to serve our clients. There's mutual respect at every level of the firm, and we genuinely want the best for our team members—not just professionally, but personally.

We’re committed to hiring someone whose personality and values align with our supportive, learning-focused environment. If you’re looking for a people-first law firm that values your well-being as much as your output—this may be the perfect fit.
