Job Title: Firm Administrator (In-Person)
Starting Salary: $95,000. Could be higher depending on experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Firm Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our growing law firm. This is an in-person leadership role responsible for managing office operations, financial oversight, and team coordination to ensure the firm runs efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative staff
- Manage firm finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, payroll coordination, and financial reporting
- Monitor billing, accounts receivable/payable, and work closely with bookkeeping/accounting
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Support HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Work directly with ownership to support strategic growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in law firm management or professional services administration
- Strong financial background (budgeting, reporting, cash flow management)
- Experience with legal billing software and financial systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
