Starting Rate: $7 per hour, could be higher depending on experience

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Executive & Marketing Assistant to support our leadership team and contribute to our marketing initiatives. This fully remote role is perfect for someone organized, creative, and eager to grow in a dynamic, values-driven company.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal updates.
  • Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.

Marketing Support:

  • Support social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and client communications.
  • Help design marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Track marketing analytics and provide actionable insights.

Team Collaboration & Operations:

  • Act as a bridge between executives, clients, and team members.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, process improvements, and creative initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance workflows and client experience.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience working with US clients
  • Experience in marketing and general admin tasks
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute ideas.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment.
