Legal Assistant – Estate Planning

Murrysville, PA | In-Office | Full-Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Starting at $38,000 per year (could be higher depending on experience)

We are a close-knit, collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional legal service, and we are seeking a Legal Assistant (Estate Planning) to join our practice.

About the Role

As a Legal Assistant in our estate planning practice, you will be a key member of the team, supporting attorneys and ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents and correspondence related to estate planning matters
  • Coordinating client communications and appointments, providing professional and empathetic support
  • Maintaining organized case files, calendars, and workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Assisting with research and administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide seamless service and solve problems effectively
