What You’ll Do

  • Lead in-depth consultations (primarily in person; Zoom or phone when necessary).
  • Navigate emotionally charged conversations with empathy and control.
  • Ask for the decision and close retainers in real time.
  • Sell value, outcomes, and peace of mind—not just price.
  • Consistently convert qualified leads into retained clients.
  • Own your personal performance metrics, including conversion rates and revenue.
  • Manage and update the CRM daily with precision.
  • Transition new clients smoothly to the legal team.
  • Maintain relationships that generate referrals and long-term trust.
  • Participate in ongoing testing and refinement of scripts, workflows, and client experience systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in consultative B2C sales, responsible for closing deals and measured on conversion rates, revenue, or quota attainment.
  • Comfortable discussing past sales metrics (close rate, average deal size, monthly revenue).
  • Legal industry experience is a plus, not required.
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible scheduling, including some evenings/weekends.
  • Highly organized, coachable, and accountable.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Zoom, and Mac-based tools.
  • Non-attorneys only; no legal advice will be provided or expected.


Compensation & Benefits

  • $120,000 with commissions. High performers can exceed this.
  • Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (required availability during business hours).
  • 401(k): Eligible after 1 year of employment.
  • Paid vacation, sick, holiday, personal, jury duty, and voting time off.
