Compensation: Starting rate at $45,000 per year (could be higher depending on experience) + Health Stipend + PTO

We are seeking a Client Services Director to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients feel supported from their first interaction through the completion of their matter. The right candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a role where client care and operational excellence meet.
Role & Responsibilities
As our Client Services Director, you will:
- Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients, guiding them through our firm’s services and processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout their journey with the firm.
- Coordinate case progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure that no task or client matter falls through the cracks.
- Support the attorney by preparing client files, performing initial plan reviews, and managing follow-up communications.
- Oversee scheduling through Calendly and ensure seamless client intake using tools like Decision Vault.
- Manage and update case information in MyCase, LEAP, and WealthCounsel, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Assist with marketing and client engagement efforts, including newsletters and campaigns via Mailchimp.
- Help streamline workflows, create consistency, and maintain a culture of excellence in client service.
Work Schedule

Hybrid Role: During onboarding, you will be expected in-office at least 3 days per week. As you grow in the role, additional flexibility will be provided.

Office Hours: In-office hours will fall between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
