Cookman Law is growing! We're looking for an experienced Senior Estate Planning Attorney with a passion for Special Needs Planning to join our fully remote, mission-driven team.

This is an incredible opportunity for a former solo practitioner or small firm owner who wants to focus on practicing law, not managing a business. We take care of the marketing, billing, and admin, so you can focus on what matters most: your clients.

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed in California
• 7–10+ years of estate planning experience
• Skilled in special needs trusts & planning
• Independent yet team-oriented
• Communicates clearly and compassionately

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary: $150,000/yr, commensurate with experience
