We are expanding our practice and seeking a motivated Estate Planning Attorney to join our team.
This is an incredible opportunity for a former solo practitioner or small firm owner who wants to focus on practicing law, not managing a business. We take care of the marketing, billing, and admin, so you can focus on what matters most: your clients.
Key Responsibilities

Handle limited conservatorship matters, including preparation, filing, and representation at court hearings.

Manage probate cases from start to finish, including petitions, administration, and court appearances.
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate estate planning strategies.
- Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments.
- Represent clients in court for conservatorship and probate matters.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth case progression and excellent client service.

Train and develop knowledge in special needs planning, including special needs trusts and related strategies, with mentorship and support from senior attorneys.

Qualifications
- Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
- Experience in probate and/or limited conservatorships is required.
- Comfortable and confident appearing in court.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with a team.
- A genuine interest in learning special needs planning and expanding practice expertise.
- Compassionate, client-focused approach with a high standard of professionalism.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $150,000/yr
- This is for a 40 hrs/week position, but required 1300 billable hours/year
