Position: Trademark Attorney

Location: Fully Remote (Firm based in Washington, DC)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET

Compensation: Starting base rate at $150,000 (commensurate with portable book of business) + Bonus Eligible

We are a fully remote, women-led law firm with a family-oriented culture. We focus on serving multinational and high-profile clients who require sophisticated trademark prosecution, counseling, and portfolio management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and clearances using USPTO, third-party systems, and our internal platform
  • Advise clients on trademark strategy, including application, opposition, and monitoring
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding processes, legal risks, and recommended next steps
  • Manage multiple files independently while meeting deadlines
  • Participate in team calls, reporting, and collaborative problem-solving

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of trademark prosecution experience (4–6 years preferred)
  • Big law experience preferred but not required; must demonstrate practical trademark expertise
  • Ability to think critically and provide strategic counsel (“show your math” approach)
  • Strong client-facing communication: clear, concise, and professional
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills in a remote environment
  • Experience managing international trademark portfolios is a plus
