We are seeking a Paralegal (Transactional) to join our collaborative team. This role is best suited for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with experience in transactional law who enjoys managing complex information and supporting attorneys in meaningful ways.
As a valued member of our firm, you will work side by side with our attorneys to assist clients in areas such as estate planning, business transactions, and entity formation. You’ll draft and review documents, organize and manage case files, and play a key role in keeping cases and projects moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Support attorneys with entity formations, contract preparation, and transactional matters.
- Manage and maintain client files with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Conduct legal research and provide attorneys with clear, concise support materials.
- Track deadlines, prepare filings, and ensure case-related requirements are met on time.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties in a professional and client-centered manner.
- Proactively identify solutions, streamline processes, and contribute to firm operations.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably with a background in transactional, estate, or business law.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for delivering client-centered service.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment while also managing responsibilities independently.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $47,000 – $62,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
