The Candidate

We are seeking a Business Immigration Attorney with 3–5 years of experience. Candidates should have experience in business immigration matters and the ability to develop and bring in clients. This role will involve advising corporate clients, preparing petitions and applications, and managing cases with support from paralegals and administrative staff. We are looking for an attorney to help bring business immigration back to the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business immigration cases for corporate clients
• Advise clients on visas, compliance, and immigration strategy
• Develop and maintain client relationships, including bringing in new business
• Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to prepare filings

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from a U.S. accredited law school
• Admission to any state bar or D.C.
• 3–5 years of experience in business immigration
• Proven ability to bring in and manage clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice in Maryland or Virginia
• Fluency in Spanish (oral and written)

Legal Skills

• Strong legal research and writing
• Ability to provide strategic business immigration advice
• Client relationship management and business development skills
