Senior Product Manager - PDP

ARCA is working with a fashion brand that’s investing heavily in its digital transformation and is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own one of its biggest commercial levers - the Product Detail Page.

You’ll take ownership of the PDP experience end-to-end - improving product clarity, increasing customer confidence, and ultimately lifting add-to-bag conversion and AOV.

What you’ll do:

• Define the PDP vision and build a commercially focused roadmap
• Identify friction points using data and experimentation
• Improve conversion, reduce returns and optimise page performance
• Lead a cross-functional squad across product, design and engineering
• Balance scalable technical decisions with speed and MVP delivery
• Present strategy and results clearly to senior stakeholders

• Strong experience owning and optimising PDP / PLP journeys
• A track record of delivering measurable gains in conversion or revenue
• Experience navigating complex technical change or platform evolution
• Structured experimentation mindset
• Strong commercial instinct with an appreciation for brand
