Arca Resourcing is supporting a fast-growing, high-performance engineering company based in Bristol in the search for a Graduate Simulation & Control Engineer. The Role
As a Graduate Simulation & Control Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience from day one. Working within a small, highly technical team, you’ll:
- Commission robotic control software for advanced simulation systems, both on-site and at customer locations
 
- Evaluate, test, and improve the performance of physical simulator platforms
 
- Integrate electrical and control subsystems into complete simulation solutions
 
- Use real-time telemetry to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
 
- Build and operate test rigs using sensors, actuators, and real-time control systems
 
- Support and improve simulator performance in live environments
 
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for a high-achieving, early-career engineer with a strong academic background and a passion for solving real-world technical challenges. We’re looking for:
- A First-Class Honours degree in Engineering, Robotics, Physics, Maths, Computer Science or a closely related discipline
 
- A red brick university or equivalent top-tier academic institution
 
- 
Excellent A-Level results, including Maths and Science subjects
 
- Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g. Python, MATLAB)
 
- A rigorous and analytical approach to problem solving
 
- Strong grasp of Physics and Maths fundamentals
 
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership
 
- Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively in a small team
