Warehouse Operative

Arca Resourcing is supporting a high-performance engineering organisation in the Bristol area to recruit a Warehouse Operative to support production and logistics operations across multiple sites.

The Role

You will support the efficient storage, organisation, and movement of components essential to manufacturing. The role focuses on accuracy, pace, and meeting the demands of a production environment, including picking and packing, stock control, and supporting wider warehouse and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare components for production and dispatch
• Verify parts, label accurately, and package to prevent damage
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Support goods-in, supplier returns, documentation, and stock takes
• Maintain health & safety, quality, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a warehouse, production, or operational environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace
• Comfortable with manual handling; forklift licence desirable or willingness to train
• Basic IT skills (experience with ERP or warehouse systems beneficial)
• Valid UK driving licence preferred
