About the role:

As Programme Manager at Dynisma, you will lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value programmes that are critical to our continued growth and customer success. You’ll oversee a portfolio of technical projects, guiding and supporting Project Managers while working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive performance, manage risks, optimise resources and ensure programme-level objectives are consistently met — on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the delivery of multiple Dynisma projects/programmes aligned with strategic goals, ensuring milestones and budgets are achieved.
• Assign project ownership based on team strengths, workload, and development needs, while managing your own projects as required.
• Support Project Managers in tracking budgets, monitoring Estimated Cost to Completion (labour and materials), and reporting financial status.
• Identify and address delivery risks, escalating issues with proposed solutions when appropriate.
• Track progress and performance metrics across programmes and report to leadership through executive summaries and reviews.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities and KPIs.
• Coordinate resource planning across projects, resolving potential conflicts and optimising team capacity.
• Ensure effective Sales-to-Operations handover, aligning all stakeholders on project goals and success criteria.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including Engineering, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Procurement and Planning.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to streamline project delivery and support organisational goals.
• Ensure projects adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, promoting sustainability and maintaining accurate, auditable documentation.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in programme or senior project management, ideally within an engineering, automotive, or technology-led environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact results.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and budgets, from initiation through to delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Confident decision-maker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with resource planning, project tracking tools and financial forecasting.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and managing supplier relationships is advantageous.
• A background in engineering, automotive, or a related technical field is preferred.
