We’re partnering with a fast-growing, international beauty, gifting and wellness consumer brand that designs and develops all its products in-house. Operating across multiple brands and global markets, this business is known for its trend-led, accessible products and its collaborative, people-first culture.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Designer to join a talented in-house Design team and work closely with Product Development to bring new, commercially focused designs to life. The role has a strong focus on a key retail client, offering fantastic exposure, responsibility and the chance to develop within a highly creative, fast-moving environment. This is an ideal role for a innovative, creative, and commercial designer who enjoys being hands-on and seeing products through from concept to production.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Design & Creative Output

  • Create original, trend-led designs across product and packaging, responding to internal briefs and client requirements
  • Artwork and prepare packaging files for print, ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality finishes
  • Work across a varied product range including beauty accessories and wet lines
  • Maintain consistency by working within established brand guidelines

 

Product & Packaging Development

  • Collaborate closely with Product Development to translate concepts into commercially viable designs
  • Support sample briefing and packaging artwork for product launches
  • Review competitor products and retail environments to stay ahead of trends

 

Marketing & Sales Support

  • Prepare visually engaging presentations for sales teams and client meetings
  • Produce marketing materials including brochures, trade show graphics, social media assets and web banners
  • Contribute to content creation for social media channels

 

Collaboration & Process

  • Work collaboratively with designers, product developers and wider teams across the business
  • Manage multiple projects at different stages while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

 

Skills and experiences required:


  • Some experience in a design role within the beauty, gifting, or consumer products sector
  • Can demonstrate a broad portfolio including product and packaging design, plus some marketing assets
  • Has strong technical skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint)
  • Has a solid understanding of print processes, artworking and file preparation (including cutter guides and text-heavy packaging)
  • Is comfortable working with Excel or similar tools for tracking projects
  • Has a keen eye for trends and the ability to translate inspiration into commercial design solutions
  • Is collaborative, enthusiastic and confident communicating with colleagues at all levels
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growing business and is eager to learn and develop
  • Portfolio submission is essential to be considered for this role.
