A fast-growing, trend-led lifestyle and fashion brand is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead creative execution across digital, social, print, and campaign content. After a period of standout growth and target-beating results, the brand is scaling quickly with ambitious plans ahead, offering the chance to shape its creative direction at a pivotal stage.


Leading your team, you will take ownership of brand visuals day to day, ensuring all creative output is cohesive, high quality, and aligned with the brand’s evolving identity. You’ll work closely with marketing and creative teams, manage design workflows, and support the development of the Junior Designers.

This is a hands-on role for someone confident working across multiple formats, comfortable leading projects end to end, and motivated by working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and deliver brand-led design across digital campaigns, website, email, social (static and video), print, and offline assets
  • Own and uphold brand visual standards, ensuring consistency across all channels
  • Lead design projects from brief through to final delivery, managing timelines and priorities
  • Improve and maintain efficient design workflows, ensuring briefs are clear and deadlines are met
  • Provide guidance and day-to-day support to a Junior Designer
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, e-commerce, and wider creative teams
  • Use AI and emerging design tools where appropriate to support speed and creative output


Experience & Skills:


  • 5+ years’ design experience with previous experience gained within a lifestyle brand environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, social content, video, and print
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; video tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro preferred)
  • Scale-up experience would be idea
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling
  • Experience working across fast-moving campaigns and multiple deadlines
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable working in a growing, changeable environment
