An award winning, purpose-led creative product business with a strong heritage and an exciting growth trajectory is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support their team. Known for its design-led approach and positive culture, this brand supplies both leading retailers and direct-to-consumer customers and is focusing on further developing its digital, eCommerce and brand presence.

 

The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting multi-channel marketing activity including the company’s eCommerce, social media channels, and PR & influencer outreach. You will be a skilled videographer and photographer, with an eye for trend and keen content creation skills, ideally having experience creating content for brands within fashion, gifting, lifestyle, or a similar business.

 

You’ll be joining a collaborative, friendly team that values creativity, initiative and impact. This role offers an excellent opportunity to shape visual storytelling for this company and help the brand reach new audiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Content Creation & Visual Storytelling

  • Plan, shoot and edit high-quality photography and videography for campaigns, product launches, social media, eCommerce and events
  • Take ownership of in-house photography and video output, maximising use of the studio and equipment
  • Edit content to a professional standard using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Optimise visual content for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, website, and digital campaigns
  • Support content planning and calendars to ensure consistent, on-brand delivery

 

Social Media, PR & Communications

  • Support the planning and delivery of PR campaigns to build brand awareness
  • Draft press releases, media pitches and written content aligned with brand storytelling
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers and media contacts
  • Contribute to the development of new channels (including TikTok) and evolving content strategies

 

Influencer & Partnership Management

  • Identify, engage and build relationships with relevant influencers and creators
  • Coordinate influencer gifting, collaborations and paid partnerships
  • Track performance, engagement and ROI, sharing insights with the wider marketing team

 

General Marketing Support

  • Provide hands-on marketing support across the wider business as needed
  • Assist with ad hoc projects including brochures, trade marketing and campaigns

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

Essential

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar marketing, eCommerce or content-focused role
  • Strong photography, videography and editing skills with a demonstrable portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects; InDesign beneficial)
  • Experience creating and delivering social media content for brands
  • Understanding of current social media trends and formats, particularly video-led content
  • Experience or exposure to influencer outreach and campaign coordination
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

 

Desirable

  • Experience within a product-led business (e.g. gifts, homeware, fashion, lifestyle or retail)
  • Existing influencer or media contacts
  • Confidence creating content for both established and younger audiences
  • TikTok content creation experience
