The Role
Happy Jobs NI is delighted to be representing On Track Technicians, also known as OTT, in the recruitment of two part-time Office Administrators to support their growing team.
OTT is a family-run railway infrastructure business based in Lisburn, providing specialist support across rail, civil engineering and safety-critical works. Due to continued growth, the company is now seeking organised, reliable and proactive Office Administrators to provide essential support across the business.
The role will be varied and hands-on, offering the opportunity to support a range of administrative functions including office coordination, document management, operational support, HR administration and general business support.
These opportunities would suit candidates with experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Business Support Administrator, Operations Administrator, HR Administrator or PA. The successful candidates will play an important role in keeping office processes organised, supporting internal teams, maintaining accurate records and helping ensure smooth day-to-day communication across the company.
