Role: Tax Manager, Sr. Tax Manager, or Tax Director (Non-Profit focus)

Location: Fully Remote (US-based)

Salary: $140k-$210k+ on base and strong annual bonuses

Our 150+ employee firm is focused on working with a mix of clients in the Non-Profit sector and are currently seeking to hire a strong Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, or Tax Director.

This is a fully remote role for a Non-Profit specialist who enjoys a collaborative, low-ego and remote-first culture, and who wants to make a direct impact on both clients and team development.

Position Overview: 

• Responsible for providing tax advice and guidance to clients, handling complex tax returns and analyzing financial information for not-for-profit clients and Tax-exempt organizations
• Manage, mentor and review the work of junior tax staff
• Review Forms 990, 1120, and other filings for exempt organizations and their taxable affiliates
• CPA is required
• Must have 5+ seasons of non-profit tax experience
