What You'll Do
As an Audit Senior or Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in leading audits and reviews for investment entities, particularly:
- Venture Capital Funds
- Hedge Funds
- Private Equity Structures
- Fund of Funds & Other Alternative Investments
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading engagements from planning through completion
- Managing client communications and building long-term relationships
- Supervising and mentoring staff auditors
- Reviewing workpapers and ensuring compliance with GAAP and GAAS
- Delivering a high level of client service with a consultative approach
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting
- Deep familiarity with investment companies, including VC, PE, or hedge funds
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and AICPA auditing standards
- CPA license or active progress toward obtaining one
- Experience with remote audit tools and comfort in a tech-enabled environment
- A collaborative, humble mindset with a commitment to excellence
