An established national CPA and Business Management firm is seeking an Experienced Tax Staff to join our growing remote team. We’ve built a decades-long reputation providing high-touch accounting and advisory services to clients in industries such as entertainment, real estate, and high-net-worth families. Our team of 80+ professionals operates fully remotely across the country, offering the sophistication of a larger firm with the personal, collaborative culture of a boutique practice.

Role Overview

You’ll play a hands-on role in preparing and reviewing tax returns for a diverse client base. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being client-facing, values autonomy, and wants exposure to a wide range of entity types and industries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and trusts
• Assist with tax planning and projections for high-net-worth clients and closely held entities
• Engage directly with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Conduct basic research on tax issues and stay current on relevant updates

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recent public accounting experience in tax preparation
• Experience with individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, and pass-through entities
• Exposure to estate & trust returns is a plus
• Strong client communication and engagement skills are essential
• CPA or working toward CPA licensure preferred
