We’re seeking a Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director to join the team in a highly visible, client-facing role with significant opportunity for professional and financial growth.
The Opportunity
This is far more than a compliance-focused tax position.
You’ll work directly with business owners, executives, and other key decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor and providing the kind of white-glove, hands-on client service that sets the firm apart.
The role has a significant emphasis on flow-through taxation, including:
- S-Corporations
- Partnerships and operating partnerships
- Complex flow-through structures
- Individual and business-owner taxation
- Tax planning and consulting
- Federal and multi-state tax matters
- Entity structuring and transaction-related tax considerations
- High-net-worth and closely held business clients
You’ll have meaningful ownership of client relationships, work alongside talented tax professionals, and have the opportunity to make an impact beyond simply preparing returns.

What We're Looking For
- CPA preferred
- Significant public accounting tax experience
- Strong experience with S-Corporations and partnerships
- Deep understanding of flow-through taxation
- Experience managing complex tax engagements
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
- Experience mentoring and developing tax professionals
