Senior Audit/Assurance Manager (Fully Remote)

Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Audit/Assurance Manager to join our fully remote team. You’ll lead end-to-end engagements, provide technical expertise, and contribute to a culture that values collaboration, excellence, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
• Supervise and mentor a remote team of audit staff and seniors
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with private and public companies
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and reporting issues
• Identify client opportunities and process improvements
• Collaborate with firm leadership on best practices and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Active CPA license (required)
• 5+ years of audit/assurance experience in public accounting
• Experience managing teams and engagements across industries
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards
• Experience working with public company audits is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Proficiency with cloud-based audit software and tools
