Senior Audit/Assurance Manager (Fully Remote)

Location: Remote (anywhere in the USA)

Salary: $180K – $250K (we pay what you're worth)

Employment Type: Full-time (public accounting experience required)

We're a Top 50 national accounting and advisory firm, but we don't really act like it. We work with everyone from privately held companies to publicly traded clients, and we've figured out how to deliver big-firm expertise without the big-firm bureaucracy.

The Gig

We're looking for a seasoned Audit/Assurance Manager who knows their stuff and doesn't need to be micromanaged. You'll run engagements, lead a remote team, and actually enjoy what you do (or at least not dread Mondays as much).

What you'll be doing:

• Lead audit and assurance engagements from start to finish—you know the drill
• Manage and mentor remote audit staff and seniors (yes, entirely virtually)
• Build solid relationships with clients who actually appreciate good work
• Review financials and keep everything tight with GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards
• Be the go-to person when technical accounting questions get tricky
• Spot opportunities to help clients (and us) work smarter
• Share ideas with leadership—we actually want to hear them

What You Bring

• CPA license (active and in good standing)
• 5+ years in public accounting audit/assurance
• Experience managing teams and juggling multiple engagements
• Solid grasp of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards
• Public company audit experience is a big plus
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a remote setup
• Comfort with cloud-based audit tools (because nobody's using paper anymore)
